BCG X employs nearly 3,000 technologists, scientists, programmers, engineers, and designers across 80+ cities globally. BCG projects quantum computing will create $450 billion to $850 billion of economic value globally, sustaining a $90 billion to $170 billion market for hardware and software providers by 2040. BCG expects enterprise-grade quantum computing achieving positive ROI for applications could come as early as 2025-2026.
