Qavis is a Turkish quantum technology startup based in Istanbul (Kadıköy) that focuses on logistics optimization using quantum and AI-powered innovation. The company developed Qoordinate, a platform that advances quantum-powered route optimization and decision-making systems to solve delivery complexity in cities. Qavis was founded by Karya Ellibeş and won 1st Place at the Microsoft Quantum Coalition Hack 2022 for their Azure Quantum solution. With over 2.5 years of experience managing R&D and production teams, the founding team has represented Turkey in global accelerator programs and secured investment in Europe. Qavis combines advanced optimization with sustainability to make real-world logistics operations faster, smarter, and greener.
